When Ken told me what he thought he could sell my house for, I just laughed, no house in my neighborhood had come close to selling for that much. Turned out I was wrong, he sold it for even more. Believe it or not, that wasn’t the best part of working with Ken and his team. My house was 26 years old and there were some issues. Ken went to my house every time an inspector, engineer or plumber was scheduled. He watched over their work and kept me informed of everything. He thoroughly explained whatever I didn't understand, guided me throughout the entire process and made sure everything was in order for closing. All that attention to every detail resulted in no surprises. It was a pleasure working with Ken, I would recommend him to anyone that wants a knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated professional on their side. I would never use anyone else!
