Kem Winternitz did not represent us in an ethical manor. We had a couple showings and she didn't show up. She would call and say that she was busy with other matters. She was giving out my personal phone number advising potential buyers to contact me with questions. I did not agree to this. We received an offer lower than what we liked. The offer was from one of her associates, also a realtor. We had until 5pm the next day to accept or reject the offer. She called me at 8:45am that morning and said that if we did not accept his offer by 9am he was going to back out on his offer. She pressured us saying that he was a cash buyer and we may not get another. We accepted the offer just before 9am. Fifteen minutes later we received a phone call from another buyer that had viewed the property the day before also. He told me he had been trying to call her to make an offer since 8am. She would not answer him or respond to messages. The second buyer was also a cash buyer and was willing to make more than a full price offer. Several times while waiting for closing I told her it felt like she was working for the buyer and not us. At closing she asked my wife and I if we were going to write her a bad review. Here it is and I hope she can sleep at night. We are considering legal action and have contacted a lawyer.
