Kelsey was great to work with, she kept me informed in every step of the process and helped me understand anything I had a question on as this was my first home!

Kelsey knows her stuff, she is very knowledgeable and if doesn’t have the answer right away, she knows where to find it and gets back to you as quickly as she can. Our buying situation was a little different, were buying from Arizona and couldn’t physically look at the houses. She went through and took a very detailed video and sent it to us so we could view it. She did this on a couple different properties for us. Which helped us make a better informed decision. We even had a few unexpected things happen that we needed her to stay at the property with us for about 10 hours. She did not have to do this but it helped us out tremendously. She is very kind and considerate and will always do what is best and right for the customer.

Kelsey knew exactly what she was doing and was on top of all the steps needed to move forward. She helped us find the perfect home for our family!

I can't say enough about Kelsey! First of all she is such a genuine, honest, friendly and respectful person in general. She gave me her professional opinion when I asked, and would explain real estate jargon when I didn't get it. I never felt pressured one way or the other on any offers. She just explained what type they were, and the pros and cons of each type of offer based on what I had told her I wanted to accomplish by selling my home. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered every question I had promptly and thoroughly. I definitely felt like keeping me in the loop and comfortable throughout the process was a top priority for her. She went above and beyond in my opinion and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property!
