Kelsey was fantastic, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We were moving from Reno, NV to Florida so while it seemed like it was gonna be insanely stressful Kelsey handled everything so well that the house was the least of it. She was able to take time to power through a ton of houses in a the short time we could visit and while we here had offers and back ups ready to go. After the inspection came back and was scary she was already working on getting us quotes for things that needed repairs and solutions for other if we did wish to proceed. We did proceed very happily. I plan on having family and friends moving this way and I will very strongly recommend Kelsey.

It is our privilege to recommend Kelsey Friedrich Nelson to you. My wife and I started shopping long distance from Maryland to find a home on the Space Coast. Kelsey was super helpful and willing to go to the houses we were interested in and Facetime us in as she toured the homes (as well as creating a video tour for us to review.) Once we got to town, she as incredibly patient as we visited a lot of homes. We placed an offer on a home which required some serious negotiations. Kelsey was great at that - great attention to detail, willing to advocate for a fair price for us, etc. That deal ultimately fell through due to problems found during home inspection, so Kelsey cheerfully picked up the ball and off we ran again to find just the right home for us. We are now moved in, and couldn’t be happier. Kelsey is a real professional, but she is also kind, caring, and a lot of fun. She is a high energy person who has a great deal of experience despite being young enough to be our daughter (maybe that is a more a comment about how old we are!) Kelsey even managed to stay on top of all our details despite planning her own wedding - that happened the day after we settled. Whether you are buying or selling, we would highly recommend that you invite her to be your broker.

Kelsey is not only experienced and knowledgeable agent, but also she is accommodating, flexible and responds promptly. I even made a comment to her "does she ever sleep...." Kelsey spent 3 days with us to find our dream property, she kept working on exactly what we were looking for and found our dream condo on the 2nd day. She even went further and spent the last day to show us more property to make sure what we found was the right one. Since we live in VA, she also made it easy for us to do the final closing from afar. We had wonderful experience working with Kelsey, and we highly recommend her.
