Kelsey helped my children and I purchase our first home. Staying in the area was important and she helped me find a place that was in the school district and within budget. She was patient and explained each step of the process. I appreciate everything that she did and is continuing to do for me and my family.

Where do we begin...Kelsey was a happy accident for us. We are so glad that we met, and found someone that we can completely trust who is extremely patient and friendly. First time home buying can be very scary and unfamiliar. There was not one point where we felt pressure from Kelsey to make any decisions, she was right behind us the entire time. I came out of this process feeling educated and confident in our decision because we had an agent who genuinely cared to keep us well informed and lead us through step by step. Kelsey went above and beyond with her time and efforts, when I talk to friends and family about our experience with her, they all say "that is not normal". I will never (as long as Kelsey is in this business) work with anyone else. I would never recommend anyone else, and that is because the most important thing you want in an agent is trust. You want to know that they are looking out for you and care about what you care about. We not only are first time buyers, but went through FHA rehab home loan as we purchased a nearly 100 year old house, that needed a lot of help. That is a lot of learning, paperwork and process that we feel Kelsey navigated with professionalism and a positive attitude the entire time. Trust me when I say that you want someone like Kelsey on your side when facing the giant that is home buying. Very honored to have worked with her.

Kelsey was great to work with, easy to get a hold of and we felt she always had our best interest in mind. She went above and beyond when closing the deal by negotiating a home warranty (that we didn't even know existed) and also referred a general contractor. We will absolutely use her for future purchases. She also provided guidance on property management for a rental we have. She directed me to a resource where I was able to get the info I needed for a rental lease. She's a wealth of knowledge!
