Kelly took care of everything!

Kelly took care of everything! The long term tenants in my St. Cloud rental house moved out in December. I no longer live in the area so it made sense to sell the property. Kelly had sold properties for me in the past so I contacted her to sell this one. She went out to the house, inspected, and came up with a plan. There were repairs that needed to be done to make the property more saleable and she coordinated everything working with me over the phone and using her local contacts. She also arranged for me to be able to do all paperwork and the closing remotely. Kelly was excellent at returning calls and keeping me informed. Everything was done professionally and was seamless from start to finish. It was all very effortless on my part which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Kelly and I would use her services in the future.
