I cannot say enough about how incredible our experience was with Kelly Yarborough. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every single way. She worked within our time frame, was available 24/7, always answered quickly, never told us “no,” and always found a way to make things happen. Her dedication and commitment were unmatched; she never gave up on us, no matter how many houses we saw. We had to buy our home from Tennessee, completely online, and not once did that stop Kelly from making the process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, gave us confidence every step of the way, and made us feel 100% secure with our decision. Buying online could have been overwhelming, but with Kelly, it was the complete opposite — it was seamless and trustworthy. Every professional she recommended — from inspectors to the lender — was absolutely excellent. Her charisma, her heart, her honesty, her way of speaking, and her genuine personality made the entire process not only smooth but enjoyable. As Puerto Ricans and a Latino family using a VA Loan, we felt extremely comfortable, supported, and respected. Kelly helped us close our VA Loan in record time, which was nothing short of amazing. If I had to do this again, I would choose Kelly a thousand times over — faithfully, without hesitation. From now on, she will be my Realtor for life here in Minnesota. Overall, Kelly went above and beyond my expectations. Because of that I give her 5 stars. Throughout the entire process of selling my home Kelly was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Also, my home needed some trim installed that I was unable to finish. Kelly without hesitation offered to finish the work. She did a fabulous job with the trim work and selling my home. Lastly, I would recommend Kelly as your realtor she will impress you.

Kelly exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I worked with a few different agents while searching for my home and was met with pushiness, disinterest, and lack of communication. In my experience with Kelly she was always clear, and informative. This was my first time in the home buying process. Any questions I had were explained clearly and respectfully. Kelly was extremely flexible in driving to my area to help me view homes in this quick-selling market. She was honest about her opinions when asked, which was especially helpful. Kelly was by far the most down to earth agent that I had worked with. Even after the process had been put into motion, extenuating circumstances prolonged the final closing, and she continued to play an active role even after I had closed to make sure that I was happy and taken care of in my new home. I could not speak more highly of my experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or work with her again.

Kelly did an amazing job! To be honest, I think she worked harder than she really should have. I know her job and the line of work this is, is demanding but she certainly went above and beyond and set the expectation all realtors should have! I absolutely recommend her for buying, selling or even if you just have a question.
