I had to sell my mother's house after she passed. During the process, every time we needed to solve a problem, (and unfortunately with a house lived in by a 100 year old widow there were quite a few) Kelly was not only present and repeatedly on site, she had the resources to solve the problems. From a reasonably priced painter, to electrical work, to HVAC issues and even general laborers, she helped us get a team on site to complete the work. She has the knowledge of the area and is able to price the house for maximum return without overpricing it and letting is sit on the market too long. I have to say she and her daughter/partner Madison, were always available, always had the answer and were remarkable agents.

Not only were the repairs and updates completed immediately, but they were done to our complete satisfaction. Through her contacts, we were able to get the house market ready at a fraction the cost I anticipated and that I was quoted through vendors I had previously used. Simply put, Kelly save us thousands of dollars on the needed repairs. She also staged and took pictures of our home. I have to add that after I saw the pictures she took of our staged house I was wondering why in the world am I selling this gorgeous home! The pictures she took and her guidance were incredible. We immediately got 2 offers ended up getting the high end of the amount I was targeting. All throughout our encounter Kelly was in constant communication with us and was the consummate professional. She guided us, advised us and shared her knowledge and expertise with us, openly and honestly. She made it her mission to sell our home.
