I already knew there were a few things that needed some attention before we listed and Kelly was able to confirm I had the right ideas in mind, she also gave a few other suggestions (ie fireplace and HVAC inspections prior to listing). We discussed the timing of listing, the price, and my expectations. With her idea of a coming soon preview the house sold in no time once it went on the market! The property has a beautiful yard and Kelly had the foresight to showcase it by having the outside pictures taken several months before we listed it. As stressful as selling a home can be this was as easy a process as could be.
