Kelly was awesome to work with! from the very beginning we seemed to be on the same page. I already knew there were a few things that needed some attention before we listed and Kelly was able to confirm I had the right ideas in mind, she also gave a few other suggestions (ie fireplace and HVAC inspections prior to listing).
