She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Kelly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the lender. Best Real Estate Agent I have had the pleasure of working with-PERIOD. I have worked with several real estate agents in the past. What has really set Kelly apart are several things which I will outline here: 1. Her positivity and energy were essential in a market filled with agents that should already be retired. I honestly felt that she was strictly working for me and my family because of the level of attention she gave us. 2. She knew how to manage my questions without making me feel like i was being too demanding. I genuiney felt that she was beholden to me as my realtor but at the same time she was good at helping me throttle back some of the expectations so that neigter of us were frustrated. She followed through on getting the answers for me when i needed them. 3. SHE NEVER LET ME SETTLE. There were houses that we saw where her gut honesty helped us to move closer to our dream home. She could have encouraged us to pull the trigger on a number of homes that we saw just to close the deal but she never settled for a home that we were not completely head over heels for. That was awesome because there are folks out there where their only focus is the close. She is not like that. She is completely comfortable with walking away from a home if it is not what we want. 4. She was never pushy but super supportive and encouraging through the whole process. I know this sound like am ad for a dula or something but honestly she was awesome. 5. I must admit that there were a few times when bad luck made me and my family want to quit; she supported whatever decision we wanted to make and i never felt pressured into continuing the search for a new home. However, when we decided to proceed with the sale of our home and the search for a new home, it was like she was in neutral and then switched from neutral to 5th gear! Full steam ahead. 6.
