We are blessed with 5 children and 6 grandchildren and thoroughly enjoy living in Steiner Ranch. We love spending time with our family and friends on the lake, trails, and around Austin. They are actively involved with their church Hill Country Bible Church in Steiner Ranch, and around the communities in this area. Kelly and David are terrific! They went FAR BEYOND "selling our house" in Cedar Park. They helped us set the right price; staged it; photographed it; quickly lined up contractors when we desperately needed them; helped us navigate through the negotiations and lawyered-up contracts; took care of open house and showings; patiently provided emotional support (a biggee!); and yes, quickly sold the house at great price. They also helped us find a new home and went to bat for us when we ran into problems with a nasty, unethical builder. Minutes after you meet with them, you'll know you're working with REAL pros. I just can't say enough!

I work in an industry where I personally know about 30 realtor

I work in an industry where I personally know about 30 realtor. There are the people that do it for "fun" and aren't very good at it, and then there is Kelly Thate. She has a passion for this stuff. She made it her personal mission to make sure we had the best deal, in the most efficient way possible. We were able to get into our dream home that we intend to keep forever. She remains a close friend and we are fortunate that we were able to find her! Highly recommend her!
