Kelly Sims is hands down one of the nicest and most humble individuals that I have had the pleasure of getting to know and have as my real estate agent. He is honestly the perfect professional, showing common courtesy, respect and the absolute best knowledge of how to do his job.....and do it extremely well! If I needed him, he would answer my call anytime and responded to my texts as soon as possible. Whenever I had any sort of questions for him, he made sure to give me a direct and honest answer to anything I had to ask and made me feel firmly assured. It's as if he found just pure enjoyment and happiness in just making sure that I was in love with the home that I had chose to purchase. Anything I needed to be done, paperwork, suggestions, etc. He made positive that I would be taken care of and I had no worries. I have suggested Kelly Sims to any friends, family and co workers because I seriously believe he is the best at what he does and anyone choosing him as an agent will be extremely pleased!

I actually came in contact with Kelly to make an appointment to see a house where he was the listing agent. I had a lot of drive to purchase a home, but a very bad schedule and very little time to fool with it. Kelly was very professional, very quick, and made the scheduling of the showing fit my schedule at the first opportunity I had. I decided to offer on the house and saw no reason at all not to just go ahead and sign a buyers agency agreement with him as most other agents were not nearly as responsive and receptive. We put this house under contract, and it turned out to have issues, which were uncovered by an inspector that he had actually given as a referral when I was seeking more quotes and faster completion. That speaks volumes for honesty, integrity, and good judgement to work with and refer others who practice the same. So needless to say, when this transaction did not work out, I had no issues staying with Kelly to continue my search, because he had no issues staying with me while acting as dual agent. I would have to rate myself as difficult to work for and accommodate. I would say my lender was stringent, demanding and unorthodox. I would also add that putting me into a home was exceedingly difficult because I was picky and determined to find something within a very small area. Plus all of the sellers we encountered in the process were rather difficult as well. I am a very busy person on a tight schedule with little time to look and no time to deal with the red tape. Kelly was able to accommodate for everything and made the process very easy. Difficult sellers caused us to make several attempts to purchase, and in the end Kelly stayed the course and we made multiple attempts to get in the house I wanted as well. In the end it all worked out and I am extremely happy. In my experience, if you are looking for a Realtor who truly earns it, Kelly Sims is the Realtor you are looking for.
