Kelly did an amazing job selling our home! He took care of everything and was in constant contact with me during the entire time up to closing day. Kelly went above and beyond for us. He will definitely have my business if we ever sell again in the future.
Great agent very professional everything went smoothly had nothing unexpected he was very knowledgeable about the pricing market and the whole selling process
Kelly was very knowledgeable & helpful in suggesting what I needed to do to the property to make it more appealing to buyer. He was not pushy or demanding. He wanted me to be comfortable and happy with the final deal .
Kelly is a wonderful agent. He was very thorough with all figures, and measurements! Kelly is professional, prompt and answers every phone call quickly! The price point for our house was perfect. It was right on point, not to high, not to low. Our house was under contract in 24 hours! We have used other agents in the past but Kelly was hands down the best. He blows the other agents out of the water. If you are looking to buy or sell, give Kelly a call.
Kelly is an excellent agent. He’s such a kind and humble person and treats you as if you’re family to him. Through the whole process of selling our house he answered every question that I had and each phone call, even if I couldn’t get a hold of him he would call me back within a very timely manner. I felt very confident and trustworthy in him and that he would take care of anything needed for me. If you are looking to buy or sell a home then Kelly is definitely the best man for the job!
Thank goodness we decided to go with Kelly! My wife and I couldn’t have found a better realtor to sell our home! Kelly knew exactly what he was talking about and always had the confidence to put our worries at ease! The entire experience was great with Kelly! If you’re thinking of using him, don’t hesitate!! He’s a good one!
Kelly is the best realtor around. He is so helpful and answers any questions/concerns his customers may have. He doesn’t stop until he gets you in the perfect home!
Very professional manner, highly knowledgeable on the market and with pros and cons. Highly recommend this agent to anyone who asks!
I cant say enough about how good Kelly is. He helped us find our first home and walked us through the whole process when we were clueless about everything. We went through several agents that just weren't very good or helpful before we got him and we never had a second thought about it after we got him. Friendly is an understatement. He makes you feel like you've known him for years the first time you meet.Pick this man for your agent and you will be lucky to have him.
Kelly was very professional and so helpful. He helped me get my older house ready for market without too much expense and then he sold it in a week! I live out of town and he often met me halfway when I needed to sign documents. He made everything easy and gave me excellent advise along the way. I highly recommend Kelly Sims!
Went through a few before we we're paired with Kelly, he was perfect!!!! Never pushy and very informative about the whole process. Even keeps in touch by phone and stopping by in person almost a year later! Personally I would never use anybody but Kelly if I ever needed to buy a home again, he is a perfect fit for our home buying needs. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor
