She advised me about pricing and the house sold in 13 days at over the Zillow estimate. While the house was unoccupied, she got claeners in and contractors to do minor repairs and a little painting to make the property sparkle. She also got a landscaper to do a some yard maintenance. I can’t recommend her enough. She answers the phone quickly and even gave me a little good legal advice.
