Kelly is very personable so was easy to spend days with her during our hunt for a villa. She was very knowledgeable of all the areas we were looking at and could tell us what each had to offer. We were showed various villas in our price range so we could see and compare them. It was a great experience.

Once we started working with Kelly to find the home we wanted, Kelly was always very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of any of the properties we asked to see. When we finally found a new construction house we wanted, she helped us navigate through all the permitting and inspection procedures like the water testing in Marion County. She was especially helpful in getting the builder to finish up the details of the construction process like getting them to repair damage to the floor caused by the sub contractors. There were several issues like this which the builder needed to be "pressed" to get done like missing window screens and light fixture parts. If you're looking for an honest, hard working realtor who does what she says she will do to help guide you through the arduous process of finding and closing on a home, don't hesitate to call on Kelly Shipes! We were working with Kelly long distance. When a home caught our eye, Kelly would do a phone video tour with us. It was as good as being there. She agreed on the good points and looked for possible issues. She was fun to work with. Answered all questions, sometimes even before we asked. She knew what we wanted and she knew her market areas very well. I don’t remember how I found her in the first place but I am very happy I did.
