Kelly has helped our entire family find homes: about six or seven in the last 8 years. She knows the market very well and can zero in on what you are looking for very quickly. If you are a picky buyer she will continue to work with you even if it takes over a year to find your dream home. Once you decide on the home she makes the process seem very easy when it definitely is not. On the most recent house purchase we were willing to offer full price, which is the norm in today’s market, but she advised us to offer a lower price which was accepted . She also has helped us sell a condo that was in probate and found a buyer in two days. Kelly is very detail oriented, returns your calls promptly, and answers all your questions so you understand. Lastly, she does follow up after the closing! She is a great agent and you will enjoy working with her.
Kelly made it easy for me to sell my house. Before it was listed, she set-up everything that was needed to get my house into proper selling condtion. Once it was listed, we had offers immediately. Although a couple of the contracts fell through due to the buyers' inability to complete the contracts, Kelly kept working and I finally got what I wanted from the house. I'm hoping not to have to move anytime soon, but if I do, Kelly will be the one to sell my current house.
It was my good fortune to have been introduced to Kelly Rovito in 2007.
