Kelly is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. My parents live out of town and she helped them find the perfect home through a very difficult time and tricky real estate market, all through FaceTime, email, and phone calls. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
Kelly is everything you could hope for in a realtor. She is professional, well informed and attentive to all the details. She thoroughly knows the market, has relationships with tradespeople when needed, and is always responsive to whatever needs a client has. I had the great and good fortune to have Kelly represent me in a recent sale of a property I own (and I am a long distance owner at that) and Kelly handled everything, from helping me prepare my property for sale, to assistance with the negotiations, to representing my interests throughout. I have already engaged her to represent me again for the sale of another property of mine. In the past, Kelly has also represented me in leasing as well. We started the journey shopping around, and she was always available and able to meet us for showings. Once we found the home of our dreams, she helped us come up with an offer; our offer was not only accepted but was almost exactly in line with the appraisal price. Kelly guided us every step of the way from start to finish, and I don't think there was more than a 5 minute delay before I heard back from her with any questions. She followed up with all of the external contacts (mortgage lender, inspector, title agent, etc) so I didn't have to myself. Even though buying a home can be stressful, Kelly made the whole process seamless. Her professionalism and positive demeanor made her a pleasure to work. This also made our lives easier as she was able to get through to all other points of contact along the way with no hiccups or hesitations (mortgage lender, inspector, title agent, etc). Kelly is the realtor that everyone wishes they had, but unfortunately don't end up with. We were extremely fortunate to have her with us. We live out of state and had limited time in Ft. Lauderdale. We were looking for a new condo. Kelly visited our previous condo and then arranged a one day tour of possible choices in the immediate vicinity. On the fifth condo, we found the ideal match. Great building, modern decor, completely furnished. We made an offer on the spot. Kelly did most of the work from then on. She negotiated what items would be left by the sellers (dishes, etc.). She went on the property inspection and afterwards made sure that all of the changes were made. She handled the arrangements with the condo association. She helped supplying documents to our lawyer. Finally, she helped us move out and then got a tenant for our previous condo. Unbelievably great !

I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Kelly. From the beginning of our relationship as clients and broker, she exceeded the level of service that had been provided by other brokers we had contacted. She listened carefully to our preferences and desires and tirelessly researched properties to make sure they met the specifications we had set out in our first meeting. She only showed us properties that met these specifications. If we had a questions, she quickly got answers. She responded promptly to every email or phone call. When the lender threw up procedural roadblocks and red tape, she navigated us around them. She was a calm, supportive, and knowledgeable partner in our search for our condo. She provided this level of service, and we are little fish. We were not buying a multi-million dollar condo. This was my first time selling a home so I had a lot of questions and Kelly was amazing. She was extremely responsive and very knowledgable. She always called me back right away and answered by questions. She was also very sympathetic and helpful with respect to my very naughty dog when it came to showing my house. She always made sure she was with him when a perspective buyer came over to see the house, which made me feel a million times better. You won't go wrong hiring Kelly. I worked with Kelly for about a year and I must say she is honest, professional, and responsible. All three qualities ANYONE would need when working with a Real Estate Agent here in Fort Lauderdale. Kelly was always available for my calls, she treated me with respect and also friendship and I always trusted her professional acumen. I really liked her advice and although we were in a somewhat hard to predict market, the strategy was always one that we knew would bring the closing. And it did!
