Kelly was amazing to work with from start to finish! I'm relocating from the Chicago area to Fort Collins and couldn't fly out to see places in person as inventory is so low and homes are going under contract immediately. When a townhome came on the market in a development I had expressed interest in, she immediately let me know, set up a virtual viewing for the next morning, put an offer in that day and I closed exactly 30 days later! She's a great negotiator, professional, responsive and continues to assist after closing -- following up on some repairs that couldn't be completed prior to closing, helping track down flooring info from the sellers, anything to make the process easier.
