I normal do not write reviews, but find it fitting to complete one for Kelly. Kelly was referred to me and highly recommended. Not knowing her or any other realtor in the area, I really didn’t know what to expect and therefore, had my reservations. However, the moment I met Kelly, she put all my doubts and fears to rest. I was in town preparing my deceased uncle’s home for sale and reached out to Kelly on my last day during this particular visit to schedule an appointment with her in a couple weeks during my next trip to Key Largo. Rather than wait until my next visit, Kelly immediately made her way over to meet me face-to-face. I appreciated this small gesture more than she will ever know and, in that moment, I knew I was in the right hands. She was able to quickly reach out to a handyman on my behalf to board up a broken window and repair the storm shutters that very day, which helped to relieve the anxiety I was experiencing about not finding someone sooner to repair them. Well-connected and very knowledgeable of the Florida Keys area, she readily provided referrals for other home projects and services needed to list my uncle’s home, all of whom have proven to be trustworthy and worthwhile, just like her! A true professional who informed and guided me throughout the entire process. Anything I needed, Kelly was there to provide and anything I wasn’t aware of, she was there to inform. She is just a wealth of knowledge and has a pleasing personality and someone I would highly recommend if you are in need of a great Realtor in the Florida Keys area. We met Kelly on a vacation here in Key Largo just before we left for home in Illinois. We told her what we were looking for in a home. She sent us listings until we found what we wanted. Kelly took our son to check out some houses before we found our new home. We made an offer, had a counter offer and we made another offer which was accepted. Next she helped us find a lawyer, inspectors lawn service, tree service and an air conditioning guy because we wanted a split unit in our garage. She helped us with information on the homestead exemption once we moved here and with getting insurance and utilities all in order before we moved. She ordered a mail box for us and had it personalized. To this day Kelly is our go to person when we need to find something. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. We highly recommend her. My brother is looking to move here and Kelly is sending him listings which we will look at for him if he is interested.
Kelly was great when we bought our new home. We met her and decided to buy in Key Largo but had to go back to Illinois before we had a chance to look at houses. She sent us listings and took our son to look at the houses. Once we found the house we wanted she helped us with finding a lawyer and with utilities. We closed on our house while we were still in Illinois. Kelly answered every question we had. She ordered a mail box for us and had it personalized for us. What a peasant surprise. Once here she helped us with our homestead filing, letting us know the process and where to file. My brother is now interested in moving here. Kelly is sending him listings based on his wants and needs. She definitely goes way beyond what a real estate agent usually does.
I am writing this review as a tenant. I moved down from another state with a plan to move into an apartment and that place wasn’t ready when I arrived. Kelly helped us and showed us all of her available properties and got us into the perfect one the very next day. Saving us a ton in hotel costs.
