Kelly isn't just a personable sales person, she took the initiative to get the property sold. I've worked with quite a few realtors and she was easily the most helpful with regards to finding sources for repairs, painters, etc, to get the home in sale-ready condition. She is additionally very knowledgeable about the market in the upper Keys, which undoubtedly contributed to a quick sale. I felt like I was being "spoken to" vs. spoken at," which is important when your working on one of the single-largest purchases a person makes. If the chance arises, I'd love to work with her again.
