March 4, 2024, our home sold!!!! This was all do to Kelly Nehls! Her, positive, competent, effective, kind and sweet manner is the perfect mix of skills that Kelly gives you as you sell your home. I have never seen so much activity procured by her in one day! Not only that but Kelly calls or emails or texts you for an update almost every day! Our home had not sold for 5 months! So in December, 2023, we changed our relator to Kelly Nehls of ReMax & things started happening! She got it staged, changed some lights, & made it look absolutely beautiful!!!
