Kelly was terrific from start to finish. She has extensive knowledge on the area, as well as the home in regards to heating and cooling units, types of construction, etc. She is perpetually cheerful and has the client's interest foremost in her recommendations. She is respectful of your budget and your lifestyle, and takes time to get to know what you are looking for. She will also offer other options which was very helpful to me - what I thought I wanted initially was not what I ended up getting because there was a better option out there for me.
