I originally enlisted Kelly's services as it seems she sells the most properties in the Vernon area. Kelly came to meet with us with comps in hand and very buttoned up. I 1st met with her on the Friday 1 week before Labor Day weekend. She had given me some tasks to do prior to listing. She returned the following Tuesday evening and my wife, and I met with her and she took some pictures, so we could list it Wednesday and get an open house in the paper prior Labor Day weekend. She knows her area so trust her when she tells you the price you need to list for. Someone came in with a low-ball offer in 2 days then revised it to full listing price. She held the open house the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Following that we had 2 more offers. We then locked in on an offer. Kelly held our hands through the entire process. She is beyond knowledgeable and fortunately for us has so many contacts for different people to assist with problems throughout. This is where Kelly shined with her knowledge and resources. We had a problem 1st with the septic and she gave us names to work with. That is no easy task in the state of NJ, but we got through it. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! Use someone else at your own peril. If I ever had to do another deal in Jersey no one else would even be considered. I can't say enough good things about her and have told anyone who has asked to not even consider using another realtor in the area. Thanks again Kelly for being a superstar realtor. Your tenacity without being pushy and obnoxious is great. The world needs more honest realtors like yourself.

Through her experience and knowledge in all areas of the real estate, to market pricing, to closing, makes the buyer/sellers process feel completely confident that it's well managed from start to finish. I signed contracts at 11:00 am, she posted my home by 12:45. She made a few calls to her piers and I had a appointment to show at 3:30, a second showing at 5:30 with an offer at 8:30pm..the same day. The Sale went smoothly and I could not ask for a better experience all the way around! Any questions that arose were taken care of immediately. I did purchase the Home Warranty, which provided the new owners additional confidence should anything arise after the purchase. All the way a win-win sale!
