The whole process of selling my home was very overwhelming at times, and although there were challenges, especially on the buyer’s side but Kelly was there every step of the way to guide me through it. Kelly walked me through every difficult step of fighting covid closings of government offices and improper paperwork to the successful closing. She got me top dollar and the buyer paid closing fees.

Kelly has helped us to (1) buy some land, (2) sell our rental property, and (3) now is handling the listing/sale of our residence. From the first time we met her, she has always been very responsive to all our questions, getting any requested information back to us promptly in a friendly and professional way. We were very happy with the pricing of our rental home (got $15,000 above asking), and we really appreciated her knowledge regarding the purchase of our small "bare land" acreage in Three Points. She also went out of her way to get information regarding our septic system even though that was not required. Very good agent!!
