I have a real estate license but wanted to buy a farm that was tied up in a complicated bank owned auction with probate issues. So I called Kelly because she is the best! There is no way I would have been able to successfully negotiate the muddy waters of this auction with out her help. Not only did Kelly help me cut through all the nonsense but she also got the place for me less than I would have been able to do for myself and she worked some magic and negotiated $1800 back on an “as is” property due to a tree falling on it after the purchase but before closing. Kelly is truly an exceptional agent that is fun to work with. She is my go to for anything that is close to impossible because she gets it done. Kelly is an absolute Rokstar Realtor!! She took on an investment property from a FSBO that I did and she sold the property in less than a week and negotiated a price that I was ecstatic with!
