Over some 50 years I have had occasion to buy or sell real estate in Santa Barbara six times, with several different realtors. The team of Kelly Knight and Gabe Grandcolas was recommended to me by one of their earlier clients. There are clear advantages in having a two-person team with significant experience. In addition, Kelly is a highly regarded attorney of some twenty years. Unlike my previous experience, the duo strongly recommended we not just put the house on the market, but that I take serious steps to prepare the home for sale. From their experience they knew what to recommend. At little expense to me they patched small interior imperfections, tidied the landscape, painted the exterior to be more appealing to visitors, and arranged interior staging, employing professionals with whom they have worked for many years. They kept constantly in touch with me, which made me comfortable leaving everything up to them. The local and nation-wide connections available at B-H exposed the home to a huge audience. It received three offers in a week or so. We sold to a local couple. My experience makes me confident in recommending Gabe and Kelly for real estate needs.
