It was obvious that she had strong and friendly working relationships with everyone involved-- from the seller's agent and home inspector to the contractors and title company-- which helped tremendously in keeping everything moving smoothly. Kelly took the time to understand our specific financial requirements for closing and then came up with a number of creative solutions to help us reach those goals-- I loved thinking out loud with her as we weighed options, evaluating the pros and cons. For example, our offer was accepted with 30 days to close, and we have no doubt that she worked for us every one of those 30 days to ensure everything stayed on track and that our needs were met.
