Kelly was a true trusted partner throughout the process! On top of that, she set realistic expectations from the beginning but also advocated TIRELESSLY for us. For example, our offer was accepted with 30 days to close, and we have no doubt that she worked for us every one of those 30 days to ensure everything stayed on track and that our needs were met. Our due diligence period required numerous contractors and competing quotes from the sellers, and I'm truly not sure we'd have kept sane without Kelly's assurances. The negotiated deal resulted in an unbelievably impressive seller's concession and immediate home equity. Kelly was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our many questions while keeping us informed at every turn. Her knowledge of the market, key relationships, attention to detail, patience, and downright professionalism gave us confidence throughout. Most importantly, she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home! We couldn't be happier with how the process went, and we highly recommend her as an experienced, trustworthy, dedicated partner.
