We first worked with Kelly in 2012. He handled the purchase of a piece of property for us on which we hoped to build a home. Even though the property was a "short sale" with an out-of-state bank, the process was smooth and quick! We loved working with Kelly. He's professional and very personable. In 2016, Kelly sold a home for us in San Marcos for considerably more than the "comps" in the area. He really knows how to promote properties, and we appreciated that Kelly took the time to listen to our in-put. Again the process went smoothly. We recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a superior real estate agent.
