I've worked with Kelly on four real estate transactions, most recently selling a home as well as helping me buy a new one. He's my first and only call. He will follow up with every detail with whatever format you like (email, text, phone). We were thrilled that nearly all of the paperwork was done via email with electronic signatures, which had us selling our house and in our new one in just over a month.
