What sets Kelly apart as a real estate agent is her passion, both for real estate and helping her clients achieve their dreams of homeownership and creating their next chapter.
The Reno, NV native moved to Orange County to attend college. From there she moved to San Diego in 1994. Kelly has been living in North County San Diego, specifically Carlsbad, for eighteen years as well as the Carmel Valley and Del Mar communities for 8 years before that. Her career experience is in Marketing & Advertising and out of college she worked for a local ad agency in Del Mar. She left that career to raise her children and pursue her passion in real estate. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she worked as a real estate appraiser and as a mortgage loan officer. All of her past experience gives her the insight on how to properly market & price the property and confidently vet out secure buyers.
Kelly’s clientele concentration and recent transactions have been in the south communities of Carlsbad. She lives in Bressi Ranch and has been a resident since the first phase of the community fifteen years ago, and has become a specialist in the area. Kelly is also dividing her time between No. County San Diego & Manhattan Beach (LA area) where she has been working in new construction homes sales in Westside Los Angeles.
An area of her job that is near and dear to her heart is working with couples who are experiencing divorce. Having gone through her own divorce created a fire in her to pay it forward to help women & men in a similar situation navigate the divorce process sharing the knowledge she gained from her own experience, good and bad.
Selling the marital home can be the most emotional part of uncoupling. When working with divorcing clients she gives them extraordinary, compassionate & professional service that goes above and beyond a typical client/agent relationship. Often times the house has to be sold to to finalize the divorce and Kelly is there every step of they way. Preparing the home to sell is a big task and very overwhelming. She will take that burden off of her clients so they can focus on other things.
Outside of her job, Kelly has 3 grown children that she enjoys spending her time with, she loves to volunteer, travel, explore local farmers markets, wine tasting, the beach, and the mountains. Kelly’s genuine love for her work obviously shines through in both her personal and professional life.
