This was the 6th property that Kelly sold for us this last almost 3 months. Another full price property. Kelly and her team were very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. As a matter of fact, when her buyer mentioned he needed another property, while looking at this one, she contacted us immediately to ask to show a property not listed yet. We are closing on that one this week. All I can say is that Kelly delivered what we express we needed. Thank you Kelly

Kelly has handled several of my real estate transactions and every experience has been great. She is knowledgeable, available and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. I’ve enjoyed doing business with her.

Kelly Fischer was an excellent agent. We decided to list our home after we left the state. She went in and staged the home for the pictures. The photographs were very professional and showed our home well. Everything went very smoothly as she took care of all the details. Our home sold in four days. Kelly knows the market and what the asking price should be. We have every confidence in her abilities. She continues to help if you have questions after the closing. Kelly was always available for phone calls. I liked the way the company contacted us when the house was being shown and when they left.

We met Kelly through a trusted Real estate agent that we found upon moving to Vero Beach, Florida. Ten years have passed quickly, and while we've enjoyed our time in Vero, we decided to move closer to our children outside of Florida. No Easy task! We took the plunge in a very hot market for selling, and still wanted someone we could trust and rely on to make sure we weren't taken advantage of. Kelly was that person. She hit the ground running and within days our professional photos were online and we had our first, and what would turn out to be our last, open house that weekend. We sat in the park and watched buyers show up on our Ring camera. We've sold many homes and we know how easy it is for the process to go awry, even with the advantage of a good selling market. A stellar agent is the most important factor. We ended up selling our home well above the original asking price! The process was painless, and we never felt at risk in any way. We highly recommend Kelly Fischer and Sotheby's with no reservations. Out of all of the realtors we have worked with over the years, she was the most knowledgeable and professional that we have found. She is straightforward and can be trusted with the most important investment of a lifetime!

Sold quickly, higher than asking

Kelly͏ was amazing to work with! Her, and her team, made this an effortless task on my end as I just sat back and watched them do what they do best. They all are extremely pleasant, understanding, and follow through as promised.

We would highly recommend Kelly Fischer and her wonderful team our home sold within weeks at above asking price. Thank you all for a job well done. Duane & Betty Hawkes
