Kelly is what I like to call sugar coated dynamite. She did a great job helping to to get our home in perfect condition and priced perfectly - this created a seamless transaction and as out of town Sellers was much appreciated. She can get the job done!
The entire team was excellent and helped me through the entire process efficiently, professionally and was proactive with ideas and getting all repairs done timely. I would recommend the Kelly fisher team for all your real estate needs.
Selling your house is a big deal. I knew this when I hired Kelly and her team. Of course the cachet of the "Sotheby" name helped, but Kelly surpassed all my expectations. Within hours of her hire, I got a call scheduling a photo shoot for MLS. Everything went off like clockwork. I accepted an offer within 10 days of listing. Then, the Inspection turned up a couple of issues that I hadn't been aware of; but Kelly took care of the cracked roof tiles and the frozen garbage disposal. I didn't have to look for a roofer or a plumber! She did it all. And, because we had a short closing date, the repair work was completed within a week. Where can you get a roofer and plumber to show up in a week these days? Impressive, right? Need I say more? Except, thank you Kelly!

I met Ms. Fischer some years ago at an open house and I remember she seemed to radiate the room with her knowledge of the real estate market. I recently put my property on the market with a different agent and the experience was not pleasant. They overpriced the listing and after 4 months there were no offers. I remembered Kelly when I was ready to list again, she came over sat down with me and listened to what I had to say, she then offered her advice and we were on our way. Two days later we had an offer and a sale. I would recommend Ms. Fischer highly.
Kelly and her team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I could not have had a better experience…

We first learnt of Kelly Fischer and her team through Dave Ramsey! Once my mom and I were ready to start looking we got in contact with Kelly. From that point on the entire process has been seamless, exciting, informative, and best of all.. two months later I’m moving into my first home! Kelly listened to all the things I really valued in having a home be a home and she found me the perfect property. My mom and I couldn’t be more happy! The most important thing you should take away from this is.. if you’re looking for a place to call home, you’re going to wanna contact Kelly and her team!
Kelly Fischer and her team provided high quality service. I had to find a home and move pretty quickly after I accepted a position in the area. Kelly was an endorsed local provider that I found through Dave Ramsey's website. Kelly quickly reached out to get an understanding of my needs. She quickly identified several homes for me to review and tour. Once I selected a home, Kelly connected me with a great broker, who assisted me in securing an ideal mortgage with a low interest rate. Kelly and her team constantly followed up with all the key players (bank, inspectors, seller) to ensure everyone moved effectively and efficiently to finalize the purchase. Even after moving in my home, Kelly continued to help by recommending local churches, handymen, businesses to help me get settled. I highly recommend Kelly Fischer and her team to meet your housing needs.
Agent͏ Extraordinaire Kelly Fischer is the ONLY real estate professional that I would recommend!!! Kelly sold us this home back in 2016 so it was the right decision to ask her to sell it 6 years later once we made the decision to move to another city. We knew Kelly was great but we had no idea that her exceptional experience would land us a buyer within 24 hours of putting our house on the market. She priced it right, promoted it really well, and even negotiated the sale for more than the asking price. The transaction was stress-free and we closed a cash deal in 30 days! How awesome is that!
