I would recommend Kelly to any of my friends and family. I have never had a better experience!!! It is not unusual for her to answer the phone, text or email practically immediately. She works hard for you every step of the process.
She had a great deal of knowledge about the condo market in Oakland County. Even with the Covid19 shut down, Kelly was able to sell my condo 2 weeks after reopening of the real estate market. She was able to negotiate an offer on my property to within about 5 % of the asking price.
Kelly from New Century Realtors was wonderful! As a first time home buyer, she answered all of my questions and made the process as easy as possible. I would recommend Kelly from New Century Realtors to anyone!
Kelly is not only the most personable and caring agent my wife and I have ever worked with, but is now a life long friend. She always had our best interest at heart and made us feel comfortable from the start. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for that personable touch in selling your house!! Great! Great! Great!
Kelly had a lot of good insight and advice while helping me purchase my first home. She made the process as easy as possible with her contacts and knowledge of the market.
I was very very fortunate to have found Kelly. She made the process very easy. Organized, efficient and conscientious. Correspondence was always returned quickly. I was kept informed of the progress at all times. Keep in mind, she was able to do all this even with the COVID-19 restrictions! Highly recommended if you are looking to sell a house.
Kelly has 5 properties for sale and sold 39 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
