Kelly did an amazing job! She found us a house that was practically everything we asked for. We gave her a list of must haves and a list of wants, and she checked almost all of them. She didn't overwhelm us with options, she showed us I think only 4 houses before we fell in love with one because she was very selective about what was worth our time to consider. She was helpful after closing with tying up loose ends/finding what companies to contact/etc. I highly recommend her! She never made us feel rushed at home viewings and made me feel like we were her top priority.

Kelly helped me sell my father's house after his sudden passing. She knew the local market well and helped us price it exactly where it needed to be. She did a perfect job advertising and marketing the property, so well in fact we had several offers in the first 24 hours of listing it! She made the whole process seem much easier than it really was, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. I have dealt with several realtors in my life, and the next time I need one, she will be the only one I call.

I tried to buy an investment house with Kelly a few years ago. Unfortunately the bank decided to sell it in the Sheriff's Auction rather than take my offer. Kelly got to know me and learned what I was looking for and in what areas. Kelly started personally texting me houses that she thought were up my alley. These were exactly what I was looking for and not just generic Text or Email blasts. Kelly always showed up on time for showings and would easily find out anything that I wanted to know about the properties. Recently we did close on a house together and it went smooth. I know we will continue working together.
