Kelly D’Errico and her assistant Traci are great! They sold my previous house, and then they helped me buy my current condo. They know the Orlando market. They instinctively knew how to keep me calm during the inevitable bumps in the road to closing, and they have the historical knowledge to avoid courses of action that would lead to bad results. Being ex-military, it is sometimes hard to appreciate the civilian world, but Kelly cued on those issued and explained the distinctions, which was a big help. She’s outstanding. I highly recommend her for the what is, probably, your most expensive purchase.
