Kelly Cruise has been our realtor for our passed two houses, and she is always amazing me at how she works. Our first house we went through so many with the 2021 Market, but we ended getting our offer accepted BEFORE it was on the market. She negotiated all of our terms and things that needed fixing and got us a amazing credit. Fast forward to March of this year, we found a piece of property we wanted and new it had to be ours. Within three days of seeing it Kelly got our offer Accepted with almost half of our closing cost covered! Within a week our house was on the market and under contract at Asking Price! With a new purchase there is going to be setbacks, but Kelly made sure she got everything covered and had more credit added to things that needed fixing. She isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty either! I could not ask for a better realtor, and will always recommend her!

Couldn’t ask for a better agent. Answers all questions with professionalism and if she doesn’t know, always follows up. Great communication. Very knowledgeable and just the kindest person. You really can’t go wrong when choosing Kelly as your real estate agent.

Kelly went above and beyond! At one point she was under the house fixing it up! Some would say she has that dog in her when it comes to selling homes! She’ll do whatever she can to help you get the best possible deal around. I blindly trust her with my home and my finances! Best realtor around!

This is the second time using Kelly. Love her personality and effectiveness of work ethic and communication. After first e perience with Kelly is why she was our only choice this time. We thank her very much.

Kelly is a very organized, knowledgeable agent. Not only did she answer our questions but informed us of things we weren’t aware of. She made it very clear that she worked for us and would always have our backs. Highly recommend her! We have gained a friend through our process.

I've dealt with my share of real estate agents in the past and I can honestly say that Kelly is a professional from start to finish. She's so easy to talk to and works hard to get you the best deal she can whether you're selling or buying! I will use her from now on for everything I need in real estate. That's how good she is!

Kelly was the most outstanding and professional agent we have ever dealt with. She was on top of everything and handled all the heavy lifting during the process. We consider her family now. Worlds best
