Kelly Cruise has been our realtor for our passed two houses, and she is always amazing me at how she works. Our first house we went through so many with the 2021 Market, but we ended getting our offer accepted BEFORE it was on the market. She negotiated all of our terms and things that needed fixing and got us a amazing credit. Fast forward to March of this year, we found a piece of property we wanted and new it had to be ours. Within three days of seeing it Kelly got our offer Accepted with almost half of our closing cost covered! Within a week our house was on the market and under contract at Asking Price! With a new purchase there is going to be setbacks, but Kelly made sure she got everything covered and had more credit added to things that needed fixing.
