From the first phone call to the completion of the closing and discussions about referrals, for contacts to help with things that might be needed for our new home in the future, Kelly made the process which is extreamly complicated seam easy. Kelly helped with establishing the areas that met our intrest in moving from Charlotte to Gaston county. Her knowledge of the area was amazing. Helping narrow our search in a short period of time. We saw the communication style accomplish the negotiations for our offer on our new home. Having been in our old home many years was not a easy process for us and Kelly's knowledge and professionalism was exempliry. We hope to live in our new home for a long time, but if we ever find ourselves need the sell of buy a home we would not look for anyone else to assist us.
