Let me tell you, it takes a team. A dream team at that, and I have to thank from the very bottom of our hearts Kelly the dream maker for making this happen. We weren’t the highest offer (not even close actually, $15K+ UNDER asking, with a competing offer OVER asking), we didn’t have a conventional loan, the ball did not feel it was in our court...but we had someone who believed in us and fought to the very last second to make sure the sellers chose us. She stuck to the facts, she called in “back up”, she used her resources to make sure we knew for sure we were making the best offer and decisions, with the information we had in front of us. THIS point is SO important. She could have just told us to put in a full price offer but she used her knowledge and expertise to make sure she educated us and gave us all the facts. She went out of her way to ensure we made an educated offer. THAT is who you want on your team, in your corner, fighting endlessly (with) and for you. She gave up just as much, if not more than, we did to make sure we only had the best. She guided us, she talked us off the ledge, she used what she knew and went with her gut to make sure we were taken care of. Did she show us every single house we wanted to see? Nope...but we talked through any and all possibilities and went down every last road we could to make sure we got to this day, closing day and didn’t end up with something we would regret. You don’t want the realtor who jumps in their car every time you ask them to, you want the realtor who makes you stop and think when adrenaline is rushing to your brain. You want the realtor who tells you you’re settling, and calls it like it is. You want the realtor that puts you in check when your husband suddenly thinks he is a professional appraiser and wants to low ball everyone. And lastly, you want the realtor who fights you and reignites the flame when you’ve given up hope and you’ve convinced yourself your dream isn’t out there. Hire Kelly!
