The property was initially under contract with what we thought was a very strong buyer, however, the buyer of their home did not perform and they were not able to close. Kelly was on top of it. We relisted the property, got an even higher price in less than a week and closed the property with only a 10 day escrow! I had been to several open houses the day I met Kelly. She stood out as a “straight shooter” and it was immediately evident that her priority is the agent/client relationship and to help find “the house”. She actually honed in on what I wanted before I did. She made the house hunting experience a lot of fun and, after I’d made a decision, she basically held my hand every step of the way. She walked me through every document and, because I lived out of state, stayed on the phone with me for an hour one morning to make sure I understood everything I was e-signing. Her follow-through is exceptional. Any time I had a question or concern, she was just a phone call away and literally made me feel as if I were her only client. She’d check in with me every few days during escrow just to ask if I had any questions about the process, and offered helpful tips and phone numbers to make sure there was a smooth transition ... that I’d have power and water on Day One for example. I lived out of state so having a top-notch agent keeping an eye on the property during escrow was extremely comforting. She caught (and resolved!) a few things during the final walk-through that saved me grief on the day we moved in. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly and, if we decide to downsize in the future, she will be my first phone call. Kelly loves her job and it shows!

Kelly and Albert make a great team. Savvy, experienced, responsive, scrappy. Kelly keeps you up to date on market conditions with regular, weekly reports plus significant developments on local housing as they occur. I was trustee of an estate and, with their help, sold a house in SCW from my home out of state. And when I say help, I mean technical, emotional and Albert-could-you-please-fix-this-for-me kind of help. It takes pressure off you. They have more energy and perseverance than any real estate agent you can find. We concluded a sale in a surprisingly rocky market period.

Kelly helped my mother, 91, to sell her house quickly and with a significantly higher price. Kelly is personable, thorough, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Kelly’s suggestions were practical and sensible. She suggested to leave her house as is and remove her furniture. ( Very nice 60’s colors and styles.)
