I had been to several open houses the day I met Kelly. She stood out as a “straight shooter” and it was immediately evident that her priority is the agent/client relationship and to help find “the house”. She actually honed in on what I wanted before I did. She made the house hunting experience a lot of fun and, after I’d made a decision, she basically held my hand every step of the way. She walked me through every document and, because I lived out of state, stayed on the phone with me for an hour one morning to make sure I understood everything I was e-signing. Her follow-through is exceptional. Any time I had a question or concern, she was just a phone call away and literally made me feel as if I were her only client. She’d check in with me every few days during escrow just to ask if I had any questions about the process, and offered helpful tips and phone numbers to make sure there was a smooth transition ... that I’d have power and water on Day One for example. I lived out of state so having a top-notch agent keeping an eye on the property during escrow was extremely comforting. She caught (and resolved!) a few things during the final walk-through that saved me grief on the day we moved in.
