Finding Kelly was not done through the normal channels, ie. friends, referral, social circle, etc. My wife and I went to numerous open houses, not to find a house but to find a real estate agent. Having worked with many agents in the past, in a different state, we knew exactly what we wanted: a clear, straightforward communicator who had a strong grasp on the business. What we got was so much more. Her intellect, understanding and fundamentals of the real estate business are invaluable. We were confident and understood every step of the process thanks to Kelly. I live out of state and was selling my father‘s house. Kelly was great to work with because she was able to take care of so many things, making the process simplified for me. She and Albert arranged for and met with vendors that were necessary to address issues with the dwelling prior to putting it on the market. That extra step led to a successful sale of the house. Both of them were available for questions anytime and were very diligent in returning calls. All documents were emailed efficiently and the system was easy to navigate for processing. The house sold within two months at a price that we we’re happy with. The service was very personal and appreciated by me and our family.

Kelly and her partner are the best real estate representatives I have known in the n6 houses I have sold. I tried to sell my home from January to June of 2024 through an very well known realty and was unsuccessful. So I switched realty to Long and got Kelly. She sold the house right away. What a difference!!! As life would have it, I ran into trouble when my solar company went bankrupt right after listing the house.
