I used Kelly Chaplin-Dahl and Albert Dahl to sell a rental property in Sun City Grand. The property was sold in just three weeks, in a market that is taking much longer to sell. Kelly and her partner are the best real estate representatives I have known in the n6 houses I have sold. I tried to sell my home from January to June of 2024 through an very well known realty and was unsuccessful. So I switched realty to Long and got Kelly. She sold the house right away. What a difference!!! As life would have it, I ran into trouble when my solar company went bankrupt right after listing the house.
