After assessing our property, she was able to recommend appropriate updates which would facilitate the sale. She provided recommendations for completing any needed improvements and assisted in coordinating them. This level of assistance was invaluable as we were not able to be on site at the time. Kelly priced the property appropriately and sold it at a good price in a slow market within days of listing! The sales brochure was beautiful, communication was clear and timely, photos were excellent, listing and sales price were in line with expectations and they are both just nice people, they understood how emotional selling a home can be.
