We first met Kelly at an open house. At that time we didn't want to be married to one agent. After talking to her, we knew this was the only agent we wanted to work with. We wanted to upgrade our home in Sun City West and stay in the same community. For 2 1/2 years she always stayed in touch and would notify us of homes that came on the market that checked our boxes. In listing our property, she had a complete and thorough knowledge of the market as well as the relative position of our specific property in the current market. After assessing our property, she was able to recommend appropriate updates which would facilitate the sale. She provided recommendations for completing any needed improvements and assisted in coordinating them. This level of assistance was invaluable as we were not able to be on site at the time. Kelly priced the property appropriately and sold it at a good price in a slow market within days of listing! Kelly's knowledge of the market, title companies, home inspectors, marketing/photographers/virtual staging, and a variety of improvement resources was incredibly beneficial. My experience selling my home with Kelly and her husband Albert was wonderful. Everything was very professional. The sales brochure was beautiful, communication was clear and timely, photos were excellent, listing and sales price were in line with expectations and they are both just nice people, they understood how emotional selling a home can be.
