I had a lot of hesitancy when buying my first home, as I've heard and experienced so many mixed reviews from real estate agents, as there are a lot of questionable real estate agents out there. I really did not want to end up with a less than stellar one and I'm so thankful and grateful because Kelly was the best I could have ever hoped for. Highly professional and knowledgeable, completely open to any communication and questions I had at any time, prompt, punctual, timely, kind, open, generous with her time and most of all, experienced. She knew a ton about the inner workings of homes, unlike these new and young realtors who don't know anything about homes or the technical aspects of the nitty gritty stuff (furnace, water heater, electrical, plumbing, etc.). She even helped get my living room and dining room furniture picked out, delivered and set up before I even moved in. She is very knowledgeable about both the foundational aspects of a home and interior design equally well. While the process was very involved and a complete whirlwind, Kelly made it as easy as possible and was always lending an open hand and went out of her way multiple times to chat with me over the phone and answer emails about any questions or concerns I had. She always kept her cool and stayed composed even though we were dealing with a very difficult agent on the seller's side and an ultra competitive market. For how crazy the market is where I am, she made it as easy and streamlined as possible. I honestly don't know how she does it, and I was just one client of I'm sure many others. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend Kelly for any of your real estate needs!

Kelly Casterline helped me find a condo for my son - we had so many special requests, such as sound-proof finished basement, noise resistant building materials, and centrally located neighborhood, with amenities in the area, such as grocery store, take-out food, and minimal shared walls. We also needed an HOA that was reasonably priced, and which covered landscaping in the monthly payment. My son was in the process of moving from Los Angeles, so we had to include him via video on all showings and tours of units--this was complicated and time-consuming but Kelly took care of it! We also needed a reasonable loan - Kelly showed me so many condos, and houses!! We also were referred to a good loan company and insurance agent, people she had worked with in the past - she is personable, enthusiastic and knows her business - My son and I would not hesitate to recommend her as a real estate agent, for any kind of property - Thank you, Kelly!

I never met Kelly prior to moving to Colorado and I took a leap of faith and saw one of her yard signs and decided to meet her and right away I knew she was the one.
