Kellie Bowling brings her experience as a notary loan-signing agent to RE/MAX Elite. Prior to joining the team at RE/MAX Elite, Kellie ran her notary business primarily with loan closings in both Brevard and Indian River Counties. A Maryland native, Kellie fell in love with the Space Coast a little over ten years ago. Kellie finally took the plunge and relocated to Brevard in 2008, and has lived in Rockledge, Indialantic, Viera, and most recently in Melbourne Beach. She understands the challenges of finding a home near excellent schools while staying close to desired amenities. Being the “new girl” in town, she understands the importance of finding a Realtor you can trust to communicate with you, and walk by your side throughout your search to find the perfect place to call home, whether you’re buying or renting. As the wife of a Veteran, Kellie is also familiar with the challenges of relocating due to military transfers, and is proud to be a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
If you’re selling, Kellie will work tirelessly to ensure that your home sells for a fair price, in as little time as possible. If you’re buying, Kellie will work hard to make sure you’re armed with the most up to date market information so that you can make the best offer when negotiating the purchase of your next home. Buying and selling real estate can be both stressful and rewarding. As your Realtor, Kellie will remain accessible to you both throughout your home search and throughout the escrow and closing, and will remain in constant communication to give you peace of mind. Her goal is to keep her client’s stress levels low, so they can focus on what matters most – preparing for life in a new home.
Kellie loves to give back to her community. She has co-coordinated a non-profit, faith-based group for moms in the Suntree-Viera area since 2015, and loves to bring women together to make new friends. Additionally, Kellie and her husband run Warriors 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that combines her husband’s passion for competing in ultra-endurance triathlons with their combined passion of helping children in need. Kellie & her husband have six children, ranging in age from 4 to 23 years old, who live in three different states. Their family is passionate about animal rescue, and have both fostered and adopted from local rescues and shelters. They currently have 3 fur children at home also.
