Kelli was top notch. She was in tune with my every need(I was NEEDY, picky, and would not settle). Gave honest feedback when needed and didn’t rush a sale. Even after the sale, when issues arose because of the seller, Kelli jumped on it. Veteran friendly and knowledgeable. In the future, I will ONLY do business with Kelli, be it selling or buying. I was the buyer. It won’t let me change from Seller. 🤷🏽‍♂️

My husband and I love Kelli. She did such an amazing job in every way, shape or form. As an active duty member changing duty stations she was so helpful giving us virtual tours whenever we were interested in a new home. She made sure we were ready to close and really seemed invested in the process. Kelli went above and beyond with her customer service almost catering to us as much as we needed, even late nights some times. She always kept it respectful and had our interest in heart always. I will forever recommend her whenever I get the chance.

Kelli O'Connell was superb to work with. We did an agreement from out of state, yet we worked so well together that I felt like we were engaged as if we were in person every time we connected. Kelli was super! She worked with my husband and I to find the right house for us. She was always on the ball with the paperwork no matter the time. She also cared about us as people! She wasn’t trying to just get it over with and she’s stayed in touch after. I highly recommend her!

As new time homebuyers, Kelli was great. I am sure that we bombarded with her question after question and she did a great job of explaining everything that we didn't know. Also, being far from the area she was extremely willing to work with us in terms of showing the houses via FaceTime and always being available for calls. The first house we were interested in had some problems, and she didn't hesitate to be transparent about it, which was much appreciated. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend her 100% and all the knowledge she brings to home buying.
