Encinitas Realtor Kelli Miller is a natural-born competitor and a native San Diegan; a driven, energetic force; and an experienced luxury real estate agent who brings an entrepreneurial approach to her clients. She loves working with excited and anxious first-time home buyers and experienced investors alike, relying on her experience and understanding of the latest coastal real estate and market trends to identify ideal properties and provide her clients an edge.
Growing up in Encinitas, Kelli has in-depth knowledge of all that North County San Diego has to offer. She balances this local expertise with a national and global awareness gained from her time at the University of Vermont pitching for the softball team, the time she spent studying abroad, and the time she spent developing her interests in real estate, entrepreneurship and finance as she earned her MBA at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
When she isn’t helping first-time buyers negotiate the emotional ups and downs of real estate as they achieve their housing dreams, Kelli is arming veteran investors with valuable insights and in-depth analysis on prospective properties. Since 2005 and her time spent with one of San Diego’s top producing real estate agents, she has honed her process for evaluating all aspects of available properties with an analytical breakdown of potential ROI to help investors seize opportunity quickly.
In 2017, Kelli became a founding agent with Compass in San Diego which soon grew to one of the largest brokerages and strongest networks in the county. Soon thereafter, she earned her Broker’s license, giving her clients even more of a competitive edge. Kelli leverages her strong personal connections as well as those within the industry to leverage her clients real estate goals.
Kelli enjoys spending her free time with her husband and real estate partner, Scott Woodruff, her daughter Maven, and dog, Bear.
