In the difficult situation of having to buy remotely (an ocean away!) in a very tough market, working with Kelli made the entire process so much easier. She had no issues with showing us homes virtually and easily handled the challenges of working with clients remotely. We didn't physically meet her until the day before closing but she was so easy to work with that this posed no problems whatsoever during the process. She knows the area well and gave us excellent advice. She is realistic and practical about what to expect, and we felt well-informed at every step of the process. Even with the 6hr time zone difference, she always responded quickly to our questions and requests. We were pleasantly surprised to have our second offer on a home accepted. I don't think it would have happened without Kelli's guidance since there were 13 other offers. I highly recommend Kelli!
