With Kelli Dunaway's skillful negotiating skills, my husband and I were able to find our forever home. We were up against multiple offers and Kelli was able to help us beat out the competition. She was extremely knowledgable, resourceful, and responsive to our extensive list of questions and concerns. She never got flustered.
