Kelli Dunaway made our foray into California home buying a wonderful experience. We have bought other homes but never with an agent as professional and proficient as Kelli. Her 25 years of experience was incredibly helpful when dealing with agents far less knowledgeable. And, leading us through all of the various California rules and regulations effortlessly. Considering our limited availability (in for just a weekend here and there) it was amazing considering her busy schedule how she was always available to us. The guidance regarding areas we should consider was insightful. Her immediate perception of what we were looking for, after just one home, was impressive.
